Unfortunately, I didn’t get to go to DrupalCon this year, but I did find a great set of slides from Crystal Williams, who I met at Seattle BarCamp last year through her beau, Dan Kaminsky. She worked with one of my favorite Drupal shops, CivicActions to put together a presentation full of useful advice for managing Drupal projects. I’m just starting a redesign of ACLU of Washington, so I can put her advice to work immediately. Check out her slides:
Sarah Davies is the Internet Operations Manager for the ACLU of Washington in Seattle. She is an unrepentant technophile, expert on digital communications for nonprofits, amateur ukuleleist, and proud Millenial.
