One of the benefits of life hacking is that you find out when things don’t work. I’ve been putting off this blog post, because I don’t like spreading negativity, but ETL failed me. Here’s why:

  • I didn’t lose significant weight
  • Fresh produce is expensive
  • Cooking and dishwashing are very labor intensive
  • The meals lack flavor
  • I have OAS so the range of produce I can consume raw is restricted

So I’m back to my normal pasta/rice/veggies staples, and I’ve actually lost a couple pounds since going off the diet. My mood is better. I have more time and money. I’ve seen this diet work for other folks, but it sure didn’t work for me.
